We provide support for iRenaissance on a time and materials basis.

We are UK based, with a ‘real time’ support team, so when you call 01536 515855 you will be transferred to someone that can help you straight away.

We work for you, only when you need us.

Gives you total control of the charges and the service you receive, pay only for what you use, when you use it! No waste, no unnecessary expense just support!

We provide on-site training for all levels of Gembase.

Usually a three day course for up to four people, we work through

Gembase/DML using the iRenaissance modules that are relevant to your Company.

In preparation for the course we work with you so that we can fully understand your requirements and expectations for the course.

Doing the course in your Software environment means that after the course the examples will still be relevant and of use. The knowledge you will have gained can be applied immediately to your working environment from day 1.

Our courses are designed by you, for you, this ensures that the course content is relevant at all times.
